The starting point

A multi-brand fulfillment center operating several Ascena / Knitwell Group retail brands under one roof needed to meet rising e-commerce demand and address labor constraints in picking and replenishment. The client selected Locus autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to close the gap, and needed to deploy at scale, integrated with Manhattan , in time for holiday peak shipping.

Vendor selection leadership

SIS resources played a key role in evaluating vendors and confirming Locus as the right autonomous mobile robot partner for the operation.

03Step 3

Business ⇄ vendor liaison

Acted as the bridge between business operations and Locus / Manhattan vendor teams, aligning priorities, cadence, and technical commitments.

04Step 4

Integration, testing, and deployment
